Open a dispute within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our team will review courier evidence and seller responses.

Yes, if the seller offers local pickup. Confirm the location and time in the order chat before travelling.

How do I register as a seller?

Go to the Start selling page and complete the four-step registration form.

What documents do I need?

You'll need a South African ID, proof of residence, and a bank confirmation letter.

How long does verification take?

Most seller applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days after all documents are submitted.
