Buyer and seller responsibilities
By using Zuna Store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate listing descriptions, honest condition photos, and respond to buyer queries within a reasonable time. Misrepresentation of products may result in account suspension.
Payment and Zuna Shield
Payments are held by Zuna Store until delivery is confirmed. Zuna Store is not liable for losses arising from transactions conducted outside the platform's payment system.
Dispute resolution
Disputes must be raised through the platform. Zuna Store will review available evidence and make a final decision within 5 business days of a dispute being opened.
Prohibited content
What cannot be listed
The following items are strictly prohibited on Zuna Store.
Stolen or counterfeit goods
Any item that is stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented as genuine is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Illegal substances and weapons
Illegal substances, unlicensed weapons, and any item prohibited under South African law may not be listed on the platform.
Harmful or dangerous items
Items that pose a safety risk to buyers, couriers, or the public are not permitted regardless of how they are described in a listing.
